Cancellations

Customers subscribed our services can cancel their subscription individually via: https://billing.joyn.gg/profile

If the customer does not see their subscription, they should check their Discord User Subscriptions

Customers can also request cancellation via email. Subscription cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before your subscription renewal date.

• To request cancellation, please contact our support team via email at support@joyn.gg

• Please send your email from the registered email of the account holder and the reason for the cancellation in your email. If you've lost access to the account holder's email, please provide that email address as well as your Discord ID

• Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will confirm your cancellation via email.

• Please note that once a subscription has been cancelled, you will lose access to all of the features and benefits of your subscription at the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for cancelled subscriptions. However, if you have any questions or concerns about your subscription, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.

Policy Changes

We may modify the Cancellation Policy at any time and your continued use of our premium service will be seen as an acceptance of the revised terms.
