Information You Provide to Us
When you order Services on our Website, we may collect all information necessary to complete the transaction, including your name, address, phone number, credit card information, billing information, and social security number. Discord and Stripe are our payment gateways and process your information to complete a transaction, therefore we recommend that you review their Policies.
If you provide us feedback or contact us via email, we will collect your name and email address, as well as any other content included in the email, to reply.
We may also collect information at other points in our Website and Services where it is clear we are collecting such information.
Information Collected via Technology
We may collect personal information from you, such as your profile photo, user name and a user ID that you upload to your public profile page ("Profile"), location, email address, guilds (servers) you’re in, and the country and state in which you reside when you create an account to log in to our network ("Account"). We may share information made public, such as your profile photo and username and guild name and guild logo, to our Website.
On the Website
To make our Website and Services more useful to you, our Website automatically tracks certain information about the visits to our Website, including your browser type, device type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, domain name, clickstream data, referring/existing pages, and/or a date/time stamp for your visit. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the Website, gather demographic information about our user base as a whole, and improve our Website and services for product development purposes. For example, some of the information may be collected so that when you revisit the Website or Services, it will recognize you and the information appropriate to your interests.
On the Discord Apps
When adding a Service (“App”) to your guild, or interacting with the service in a guild, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We will store necessary information about your guild, including; guild name, guild id, member count, owner, invite link, logo, join date, Service Configuration, and statistics of your overall interaction with the Service. We will store necessary information about you when interacting with a Service (“App”) in a guild, including; username, user ID, date and other necessary information to provide the Service (“App”). We collect information about your interactions with the Services, including how you use it and the information you submit may be used for product intelligence and feature development purposes.
Tourney Bot
Tourney Bot is a Discord app and accompanying website that facilitates tournament management within a Discord guild. For a full list of features, visit the Service website. To provide the Service we collect and process information.
Configuration: When you configure a tournament on our website, you provide us with information so that we can provide the Service. This may include the following: Tournament Name, Bracket Type, Best of, Participant Limit, Team Size, Substitutes, Start Date, Game, Prize, Banner URL, Rules, Information and other configurations.
Registration: We collect information about you when you register to a tournament as a solo or team. This may include your; User ID, profile picture, role information, username, team name, teammates and more. When you login to the website via oAuth, the information is not stored and used to verify tournament configuration access.
Tournaments: Some information about the tournaments, such as tournament participant usernames and certain tournament details (such as; tournament name, bracket type, best of, banner URL, results and participants), may be made publicly accessible on our website and shared to X. Organizers can disable the Join Server button in their configuration.
Proof Submission: For tournaments where organizers enable the proof submission feature, players are required to submit images as proof of match outcomes prior to scoring. Images & relevant match information is shared with tournament organizers to verify results.
Support Bot
Support Bot is a Discord app and accompanying transcript website that facilitates guild members to staff communication within a Discord guild. Support Bot also monitors messages to identify “triggers” to answer questions automatically, configured by admins. For a full list of features, visit the Service website. To provide the Service we collect and process information.
Tickets: Support Bot’s primary feature to allow members and staff to communicate through a private channel. All messages within this channel are stored and exported to a “log” channel with a web link so staff can review transcripts.
Monitoring: All messages in Discord channels Support Bot has access to will be monitored in all guilds so that it may respond with automated messages based on chat message triggers configured by guild owners, admins, and app operators. Your messages, in this instance, are not stored.
ZeroTwo
ZeroTwo is a Discord app that facilitates moderation and engagement within a Discord guild. For a full list of features, visit the Service website. To provide the Service we collect and process information.
Profiles: ZeroTwo Stores user-configured profile data, experience and currency earned by command activity and messages sent.
/ask Command: /ask command is powered by OpenAI’s ChatGPT. Your message content is not stored and OpenAI cannot train its models from your data.
Moderation Feature: To provide the moderation feature, ZeroTwo is using Samurai Labs Artificial Intelligence moderation API service to detect & intervene when violating messages are detected. If the moderation feature is enabled, the app intervenes and auto-removes detected content while informing moderators of these actions with the option to manually intervene.
From 10th May 2023 to 14th June 2023 the feature will be in "listen-only" mode for all guilds so we can understand the health of the communities. From the 14th June 2023, we will slowly roll out access to the moderation feature to guilds. Guild owners will be informed via Direct Message if their guild has unlocked the feature, how it works and how it might impact them. This feature is now globally available.
To provide this service, Samurai Labs is provided with the following information. All Messages that may contain; user, guild, content and timestamp information. Users that may contain; user, guild, moderation events, and timestamp information. Events that may contain; guild and timestamp information. After 90 days, all message content is deleted.
Emote Manager
Emote Manager is a Discord app that allows for easy management of Emojis and Stickers within a Discord guild. For a full list of features, visit the Service website. To provide the Service we collect and process necessary information.
Cookies.
Like many online services, we use cookies to collect information. "Cookies" are small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing the website. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Website. This information is collected to make the Website and Services more useful and tailor your experience with us to meet your special interests and expectations.
Pixel Tags.

Such as aggregated user statistics in order to describe our business to partners or the public. Additionally, we may disclose information if Joyn is evaluating and/or engaging in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale, transfer, or change in ownership of Joyn or any of its assets.
Your Rights.
All our users have control over their information and can directly edit App Configurations or request deletion by contacting us. If you are located in the European Union, the GDPR grants you the following specific rights that you can exercise by contacting us:
Right of access: You are allowed to view the data we have on you through the Service.
Right to rectification: You are allowed to inquire us to correct invalid information.
Right to object: You have the right to object to our processing of your data.

Children’s Privacy.
The Service does not address to anyone under the age of 13, or under the minimum age of digital consent in their country, whichever is greatest (“Minimum Age”).
